TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Regalia Introduction
1. Regalia is an event made by Garena Free Fire MEA to honor outstanding contributors to Free Fire under major categories listed below.
1.1. Our Active Users
1.2. Our Contributors
1.3. Our Community
1.4. Our Influencers
1.5. Our Esports
2. The purpose of this event is to recognize and appreciate our most outstanding users for their contributions to Free Fire. A package of appreciation will be sent to the selected players' provided addresses, facilitated by Garena.
3. By entering the Regalia Event, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the Terms & Conditions (T&C). Non-compliance with or breach of any of these T&Cs may disqualify a participant at any stage of the event and any prizes won may be forfeited, withheld, withdrawn or reclaimed.
Regalia Prize Eligibility
1. To be eligible for the prize you must meet the following requirements:
1.1. participants must win in any of the categories listed on the first point above.
1.2. Winners are required to complete the official form accurately and submit it by the specified deadline.
1.3. Have nationality from one of the following countries: Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan, Iraq, Nigeria, Oman, United Arab Emirates, or South Africa.
2. To receive the special prize package, you must be chosen from either 1 of the available nominations in the Regalia web event, or become a top contributor of the winning team in the Throne Wars event. The seat winners will be announced between October and December 2024.
3. Each player may enter as a nomination for multiple Regalia categories, however all players may only be entitled to max. 1 nomination.
4. You will be contacted by the Garena Free Fire MEA Team if you are eligible to receive the FF Regalia 2024 prize. Confirmation of the recipient's details will be required.
5. Garena Free Fire MEA has all the rights to eliminate the eligibility of the prize recipient if:
5.1. Winner does not send the required documents by 2 x 24 hours after Garena reaches out.
5.2. Winners are proven to provide invalid documents and/or other requirements.
3. Any misconduct of the recipient as identified by Garena or its agents.
6. We do not charge any fee or amount for registration/ participation in the event.
7. All our decisions are final and cannot be contested.
Package Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. In order for Garena Free Fire MEA to arrange all necessary provisions for the winners, you are required to complete the recipient details registration form, which will be accessible when you are contacted by a member of our team. Upon submission of the registration form, the processing of your package delivery will begin concurrently with the announcement of all winners, including the Throne Wars winners. Please note that your recipient details will not be confirmed until you receive an official email confirmation from Garena Free Fire MEA.
2. Garena Free Fire MEA is not responsible for any errors in package delivery caused by mistakes made by winners when filling out the recipient details form.
3. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash. Garena accepts no responsibility for any tax or other liability that may arise from the prize winnings.
Data Protection
1. To the extent that you provide us with personal data under this agreement, our privacy policy shall apply to the provision of such personal data of us.
Cancellation & Withdrawal
1. We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event and/or the package delivery at our discretion.
2. If you wish to withdraw your title as a winner, you must contact us at least 7 days prior to the package delivery. Please note that substitutions of winners are not permitted by players; only Garena reserves the right to make such changes.
Publicity
1. We expressly agree that we and/or Garena Free Fire MEA 2024 shall be entitled to refer to you as a Winner of FF Regalia or and/or Throne Wars in sales and marketing literature (including websites).
2. During the FF Regalia nomination event we may shoot video footage and/or take photographs which may include your footage and/or photographs. We will make use of such footage and/or photographs in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
